Are you part of Amazon, Flipkart or any marketplace?
No. SSP Ecommerce Services Private Limited is an independent company. We work for sellers, under the permissions sellers give us, and we do not claim any marketplace partnership or endorsement.
Do I need to share my seller account password?
No. You add us as a user with only the permissions needed for the agreed work, using the marketplace’s own user-permission tools. You stay the account owner and can remove our access at any time.
Can you guarantee sales or rankings?
No honest provider can. Sales, rankings and account decisions depend on the marketplace, your product, price, stock and competition. We commit to the agreed work, clear reporting and fast communication.
Can I take a one-time service, like listing or account setup?
Yes. You can choose a one-time task such as account setup or a catalogue upload, or an ongoing monthly engagement. Both start with a written scope.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on your marketplaces, catalogue size and the services you choose. You receive a written quote before work starts. Advertising spend and marketplace fees are paid by you directly and are separate from our fee.
Do you only work with sellers in Jabalpur?
No. Our team is based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and we support sellers across India remotely by phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls.
